How We Work

Every engagement begins with a decision.

The firm does not begin with products, structures or implementation. It begins by understanding the decision the family is trying to make, why that decision matters and what a successful outcome would look like.

The process is designed to create clarity before complexity.

Six-stage pathway

A disciplined sequence for defining, evaluating and supporting a family decision.

01

Define the decision

Clarify the question to be answered, the desired outcome, the relevant time horizon and the principal decision-makers.

Typical client input

  • Initial discussion
  • Background information
  • Current concerns

Principal output

  • Agreed decision statement
  • Engagement objectives
First discussion

The first discussion is confidential and does not create an obligation to proceed.

Its purpose is to understand the decision, determine whether the firm's involvement would be useful and explain how an engagement would normally be structured.

Engagement boundaries

The firm does not provide regulated investment services, legal advice, tax advice, fiduciary services or transaction execution. Those activities remain the responsibility of appropriately qualified professionals.
